So you list a Gucci hand bag that your supplier has in stock. Your cost is $40 and you list them for sale on your website for $129.00. When your customer buys this handbag, you collect $129 and then send the order to the drop shipper along with $40. They ship the purse right to your customer. You net $89.00!

Closeout Specials
Some wholesale suppliers can provide you even extra savings with closeout specials. These are items that they are running low on stock or products that have been discontinued. These can be especially good deals since these items may very well still be hot-selling items but the supplier is trying to get rid of their inventory. You will be able to pickup items at a much steeper discount and make a much higher profit on these items.
